There's an article in the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly about this. A phenomenon, apparently, and perhaps the future of entertainment. Whedon put a lot of his own money into this. It looks like it may be out on DVD eventually.

I've been keeping up with the Season 8 Buffy comic, and have been so impressed, I've been watching all my recorded episodes of the series.

Whedon and his pals are truly geniuses in the field of speculative fiction.

I tried the first couple of episodes of Buffy. I'm sure I would probably get into it, but I can't afford the financial commitment right now to watch the series.

I loved Firefly, and I'm really looking forward to Dollhouse in January.
