Amazing Series!

PremiuM — Sat, 11/08/2008 - 06:41

Hey yeah i just stumbled upon this website in my quest for more information regarding the 3rd installment in the series, and i'm so glad someone made forums for the series, i think it's a great idea.

I've read the tLoLL and RSUSS and they were a m a z i n g, 2 of my most favourite books of all time, and i cannot wait for the 3rd book. One thing, i heard that every odd book is a flashback type one, similar to the 1st novel in the series, and every even number one is in real time, like the 2nd one, is this true? And when will the third one come out, any proper release date yet?

Cheers.

Yup, that's true. The third book is gonna be looking back into Locke's early teenage years and, I suppose, his initial courtship of Sabetha. The fifth book is going to be about Bug (though somewhere else I heard that Bug was going to be in the seventh book). And yes, all the even books are based in real time.

If only we knew  But... there's been a Feb 24th 2009 date floating around for a while now, though the English release date says July 2009. AND I heard that Scott Lynch hasn't even finished the third book yet soo.... I think it's fair to say the release dates are tentative.
